I worry using terms like Republicans or even Conservatives could alienate those who identify that way who understand the danger of this administration. We need every American possible to understand and fight with us. To this end I usually have just said “MAGA” but I think “Regressives” fits the bill too and helps distinguish MAGA from real Republican Americans.
Actively dismantling the fed is not conservative, and while accelerationist fits you’d probably have to explain that to many of them. Not to mention they seem to love our functionally regressive tax system.

There’s a word that describes them very well and that is fascists.
