4 days agoWe call it panekuk in Indonesian I believe, based on the Dutch word. I’m more familiar with the American version growing up although that might just be because of American media. Also loved poffertjes as a kid (tiny versions of pancake). I don’t know if there’s an Indonesian spelling for that one.
I live in Australia and that’s normal here too. Probably a question my current neighbor asked the first time we met (he saw us moving stuff in) and he’s the nicest guy.
