It definitely depends the beer, La Fin du Monde (fitting name) used to have an entire section for aging that I found on the archive, 2-5 years at 12.5c, 9% so helps it that way. They’re (Unibroue) owned by Sleeman who is owned by Sapporo, based in Québec, recall a lot of their beer being quite decent.

If hot cereal is your thing, apparently Red River Cereal is Canadian again, was bought by Smucker’s a while back. I liked it but I like cream of wheat and flax.

I can’t say I do but would be willing to take a risk with those prices, $21 cad for a spool of abs and $22 for petg is super reasonable IMO.
You reminded me about Canadian Filaments, used their carbon capture petg and pla before, prints well but does like a slightly larger nozzle. They’re out of Edmonton I think.

I know you said power tools, semi related there are Canadian hand tools, Gray Tools, recall them being solid. You have Veritas tools as well for woodworking.

Oh for sure, there’s exceptions to the rule, I’ve been fooled too. Peste Noir, Drudkh, Deathspell Omega, Burzum all end up on essentials lists, definitely contributes.
At least most nsbm sucks and/or have names like “ss wehrwulf division 1488” so it’s usually really easy to avoid.
Still, be great to have another tool to filter bands.
Edit: looks like it’s going to be based on musicbrainz metadata, checked Burzum because Vikernes is a Nazi and Peste Noir, neither of which have an nsbm tag, nor do Grand Belial’s Key or an actual band called Wehrwolf, probably because of how niche black metal is.
I’ve personally used this list as a place to start, not perfect but it’s something. Metallum lyrical content helps as well.

AFAIK they’re still one of the better (if not least worst) ereader options, calibre works great with them and they tie into the eBook platform used by pretty much every library I have a card with (go check your library, there’s card sharing between some of them and some cities will give you a card for working there, our libraries are a treasured resource).
