See, yours didn’t list all the movies either, just the ones from the post but not the comments. I tried to copy and paste the whole conversation but that also didn’t really work. One time I thought it did it because it came up with over 100 movies but then when I checked it just invented movies instead of listing the ones which were in the conversation.

Sometimes I struggle with writing prompts for AI and I don’t understand why it is not doing what I want. I wish there was a active community for helping with that.

For example I wanted it to go through this post https://piefed.jeena.net/post/125521 and list all the movies mentioned and augment them with the release date, director and genre. But it already fails at just finding the movies mentioned. I thought this is a perfect thing to do for AI which I can do easily manually but it just takes time, but nope.

This is HAW we came up with the tempo in the bands I played in.

Someone comes up with a riff or a lick and it already has a tempo in their hand which sounds good. The rest of the band builds the rest of the song around this part with the same speed.

Sometimes we go down to half speed for some part just for the effect. Sometimes we make the song faster at the end for the effect to make it more brutal.

There are occasions that someone in the band feels that the song is too fast or too slow after we already wrote it. In this case we try the new tempo, if everyone is feeling it’s better we switch to that new tempi.

I just run my immich instance on my desktop computer and mount the external hard drive there.

I’m not sure about the speed if you’d mount a local drive or a s3 bucket via fuse.

You can mount the directories into immich, even read only if you want.

Yeah use Windows in a VM and your game probably just works too, I was surprised that all games I have on Steam now just work on Linux.

Years ago when I switched from OSX to Linux I just stopped gaming because of that but I started testing my old games and suddenly no problems with them anymore.

At our wor k they have a big push for everyone to use AI. I used AI to try to do things faster, it’s terrible in it. The time you save with it in the beginning because it helps you rubberducking you and your peers lose at the end by finding out late that it bullshitted and contradicted itself and you copy and pasted it to be faster. I have so many examples of it.
