Just note that many of these products are “Made in Canada”, not “Product of Canada”, so ingredients likely still come from outside of the country.

Still better than the alternative retailers and brands.

Speaking of pet food, we’re in the process of switching our dog to Inukshuk pet food. It’s 100% made and packaged in Canada and seems really good quality. No recalls in 20 years of production. So far our pup loves it, and its much cheaper than the Purina pro plan we were feeding her.

I recently switched away from ProPlan aswell. As a first time dog owner, I didn’t realize how low quality garbage it is until I had something to compare it to.

We are now feeding him Oven-Baked Tradition out of Québec.
