To delete your Spotify account, you can:

Go to the Spotify website

Click Support at the top of the page

Go to the Account help section

Open the Account settings tab

Click Closing your account and deleting your data

Click Close your account and delete your data

Enter your Spotify login information if you’re not already logged in

Click Close account
If you have a Premium account, you’ll need to contact Spotify

Aaaand done. If you cancel premium before closing the account, you don’t seem to have to contact spotify. I deliberately specified in the Why/Other field that i will not pay money to a company supporting rapists and human traffickers. Dont care if they backtrack anything.
I used the service tidal pushes to migrate my playlists; it costs money if its over 500 songs. I switched it from annual to monthly and it costs about $5. It does try to push you into a paypal account, you can dodge it at the bottom. you can cancel it immediately after took like 5/10 minutes for a few thousand songs. If you get duplicates, add the duplicates to a folder and delete the folder.
