The US defense department webpage celebrating an army general who served in the Vietnam war and was awarded the country’s highest military decoration has been removed and the letters “DEI” added to the site’s address.

To be fair, it’s kind of weird that there’s a black medal of honor in addition to the regular one.
I’ve never seen any governing body, do so much shit and reverse so much…it’s almost like they are completely inept and devoid of any actual logical skills.

Asking because it would be doubly fucked if there were a full record of all of them and only the non-white ones were being scrubbed (even though it’s effectively what’s happening already)
The military generally considers all MoH recipients notable.
The stories are absolutely wild, too. No action movie could even touch how insane some of the battles were.
